Refund Policy

Bond Theory sells digital guides that are delivered instantly by email. This policy explains how refunds work for that kind of product.

Digital downloads

Because a digital guide is delivered in full the moment your order completes, it can't be returned the way a physical item can. For that reason, completed downloads are generally non-refundable.

When we will refund you

We will always refund or replace your order if:

• the file fails to download, won't open, or arrives corrupted;
• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• the guide is materially different from what the product page described.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase at bondtheoryy@gmail.com with the name and email used at checkout. We'll resend the file or issue a refund to your original payment method, usually within two business days. Refunds take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Didn't receive your download?

Check your spam and promotions folders first — automated emails frequently land there. If it still hasn't arrived, email us and we'll send it manually. A missing email is not a lost purchase.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where local law grants you a stronger right to cancel or be refunded for digital content, that law takes precedence over this policy.
