How do I receive the guide?
The Red Flag Decoder is a digital PDF. A download link is sent to the email address used at checkout as soon as your order is complete. Nothing is posted to you, and there are no shipping costs.
It hasn't arrived. What now?
Check your spam and promotions folders first — automated download emails often land there. If it still isn't there, email bondtheoryy@gmail.com with the name on the order and we'll resend it manually.
What format is it, and what can I read it on?
A standard PDF. It opens on phones, tablets, laptops, and e-readers without any special software, and it's formatted to be readable on a phone screen.
Can I get a refund?
Because the guide is delivered instantly and in full, it can't be returned once downloaded. That said, if the file won't open, arrives damaged, or is not what was described on the product page, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. See our full refund policy.
Is this therapy, or professional advice?
No. It's an educational guide written from lived experience. It doesn't diagnose anyone, and it isn't a substitute for a therapist, counsellor, or lawyer. If reading it prompts you to speak to one of those people, it has done its job.
Does it apply to my situation?
The patterns are written to be recognisable across all kinds of relationships — romantic, familial, and platonic — and they aren't gendered. You'll likely recognise some and not others; that's the intended use.
Will my purchase be private?
Yes. Orders show on your statement under the store name, the download email carries no descriptive subject line beyond your order, and we never share customer details with anyone.
